数年前までは、スーパーキングとスーパーカメリアを使って焼いておりましたが、どうもベイカーたる私自身が目は腫れるし、鼻は詰まったりクシャミが止まらなかったり。。
検査に行ってもパン屋さんは仕方ない所があるよね。と、一蹴
色々調べると海外から送られてくる小麦にも原因が。。

私自身は国産小麦粉に変えたらクシャミ鼻水目の腫れ🤧は相当減りましたよ😄
