朝は幾分涼しいのですが、エアコン付けずにせっせと働いてると汗で背中はビッチョリです(；´Д`A
今はクーラーでキンキンに冷やしていますが、オーブンがブンブンに200度です。。。
昨夜、いつもの通り娘とお風呂に入ったのですが、
いつもの通り頭を洗うと赤ちゃんの頃からなのですが、泣きまくるのですね。
顔にお湯がかかるのが嫌なのか？目をギュッと閉じて「痛いぃ痛いぃ」と。
私「まだ後頭部しか洗って無いから目には泡付いて無いよ？どこが痛いの？」
娘「目がぁ目がぁ！」
私「じゃあ目をしっかり閉じてちょっと頑張ってね！」
娘「はぁい」
私「可愛い、、、」
お風呂で遊びまくって私はユデダコになりながら出たらいつも通り笑顔で走り回って、私も笑顔😄

今日はフランスパンのお話です✲
フランスパンって名前で販売しておりますが、
当店ミツバチ独自の風味と食感なので、フランスパン風パンですね！
自家製酵母とフランス産のイーストを組み合わせて配合し国産小麦と花藻塩で練り上げました
蒸気をたくさんかけ200度のオーブンで焼き上げます
焼き上げた瞬間に「パキッバキッパチンッ」と音が鳴ります
もぉニマニマしちゃうんですねこの音は。
結構硬めに仕上げておりますが、付属のビニール袋に入れて置けば水分移行をして多少柔らかな食感に変化します
硬いのがお好きな場合は、紙袋などの水分を吸収する物に入れて置くと良いと思います。
ご指定が有ればパン用の紙袋もご用意しますので、お気軽にどうぞ！
