pcに入っている全てのハイフンがこんなにあるのに驚愕した休み明けの木曜日でした。
さてw写真は朝一番に撮ったのですがもうこんな時間、、、
牛乳です！
バニラシードをタップリ入れてあるので甘さが店中を駆け巡っております。
これは銅鍋を使って牛乳を8L沸かしてる所です。
最高で12Lぐらいを沸かせるのですが、汗ダクダクです。
オーブンとはまた違う熱さです
クーラーはガンガンですがそよ風にもなりません。。
ずーーーーっとお水とお茶を飲み続けております。
