雨が降る降る言っておりましたが、そんなことはなく。。。 お店用のwi-fiを新調しました✲

スタッフ用ですが一人1iPhoneでしたが、EC用やメモなどに使用するために
一人1iPadを追加したら電波の取り合いになってしまった為、いつも繋がらない状態になったのと、よくよく調べたら現在使用していたwi-fiの機器が5台位しか電波を繋がられ無かったようでした、そんな限界の繋がる数があったんですね。。。
知らないとは恐ろしいっっ
さてさて、今日はシフォンケーキ 紅茶味のお話です
紅茶と言えばアールグレイ✲
ぐらい、紅茶に関してはとても疎いので申し訳ないのですが
当店では、アールグレイペーストという茶葉をペーストにして
洋菓子専用に作られたものを使用しております
味がとても濃いのでそのままでは食べることや飲むことは出来ませんが
お水と生クリームと一緒に温めると、店内がとても良い香りに包まれます✲
シフォンケーキは、メレンゲがほぼ命といっても良いくらい
フワフワの食感のまま、シットリを閉じ込めて仕上げで作っております
