修理屋さんと汗だくでチェックしましたが今直す事は出来ないそうなので、本日一日中店内猛暑で申し訳ございません。
保健所の方々と2020年に向けての原材料表示義務のチェックをしていましたが皆様顔真っ赤っかで本当に申し訳ないです🥵
本日も何名様も「いつもインスタ見てますっ♪」と、お声がけ頂きそれはもう暑さ吹き飛ぶ程歓喜しております😆

通常シフォンには植物油脂を使うのですが、当店では生クリームを使用しており
より一層喉越しが良いシフォンケーキを作り上げました✲
今にもジュワっと言いそうなくらい水分を逃さず焼き上げておりますので、食感も香りも両方楽しめます✲
更に喉越しが良いので「ちょっと一口、あらもう一口、あもう一口」とペロリと食べちゃいたくなるシフォンケーキです✲
あまり過度な大量生産や日持ちがするお菓子ではありませんが、【口溶けが雪解けのようなシフォン】はコチラに有ります✲
ぜひ店頭でご注文の際には、生クリーム（絞りたて）を、追加ご注文して下さいませ✲
遠方で生クリーム（絞りたて）が出来ない場合には、バニラアイスが最適です！
